Par level focuses on fundamental communication and self management skills.

Birdie level focuses on identifying personal goals and ways to reach these goals.

Eagle level focuses on group and community interaction.  Participants learn to deal more effectively with others so they can become good citizens and exert a positive influence both at The First Tee and in their communities.
